Acceptance

By using claimdatapro.com or requesting sample data, you agree to these Terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

Sample data and evaluation use

Sample packs and Explorer content are provided for evaluation only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them in production models without a signed license agreement.

Licensed datasets

Full datasets, ClaimBench, and API access are governed by a separate order form and license agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to re-identify individuals in any dataset.
• No unlawful, discriminatory, or unfair claims or underwriting decisions based on our data.
• No interference with the site's security or operation.

AI and benchmark disclaimer

Benchmark scores, ROI estimates, and model results shown on this site are illustrative and based on stated assumptions. They are not guarantees of performance or savings. You are responsible for validating any model and for complying with insurance regulations, including NAIC guidance on AI use, before deployment.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and sample materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ClaimDataPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
